Minimal Scandinavian luxury hotel lobby at dusk, conditioned by LIFECHO ELO with a single warm light accent
Helsinki · Northern EuropeSpatial intelligenceELO™ system

Sensing the moment.Adapting in real time.Delivering measurable impact.

ELO reads a room continuously and conditions light, sound and scent in real time — so commercial environments stop being backdrops and start producing outcomes.

01 — Manifesto

A room is never neutral. It is either working for you or against you — every minute, for every person inside it.

Commercial space is designed once and then left to drift. Light stays fixed while the sky changes. Sound is treated as an afterthought. Scent is a marketing gesture. The result is an environment that looks considered and feels forgettable.

LIFECHO treats the sensory layer as infrastructure. We instrument the room, model how people actually respond, and let the environment adapt continuously — quietly, without anyone noticing the mechanism. What they notice is that they stayed longer, worked better, slept deeper, came back.

02 — Scene Atlas

Choose a space. Choose a moment. Watch the room resolve.

Each state below is a real ELO configuration — colour temperature, acoustic field and scent profile, with the modelled human response it produces.

03 — Principles
01

Sense before you style

Occupancy, acoustics, daylight, CO₂, temperature and movement — measured at one-minute resolution before a single fixture changes.

02

Adapt continuously

No scenes to remember, no panels to touch. The environment resolves itself against the people currently in it.

03

Restraint is the interface

The best sensory system is invisible. If a guest can identify what changed, we tuned it too hard.

04

Prove it in numbers

Dwell time, spend per visit, energy load, sleep quality, staff retention. Every deployment reports against a baseline.

04 — Industries

Luxury hotels

Longer lobby dwell, higher F&B attachment, measurably better sleep in rooms.

Spa & wellness

Deeper parasympathetic response through treatment and recovery sequences.

Workplace

Speech privacy and circadian light tuned to how each floor is actually used.

Retail & flagship

Sensory signature that survives brand rollout across every location.

Restaurants & bars

Acoustic comfort at capacity; evening register that lifts second orders.

05 — Deployment

Live in four weeks. Retrofit, not renovation.

  1. Week 1

    Sensory audit

We instrument the space and log light, acoustics, occupancy, CO₂ and movement at one-minute resolution. No hardware commitment yet.

  2. Week 2–3

    Baseline & model

Your room gets its own response model, benchmarked against the outcome you care about — dwell, spend, recovery or focus.

  3. Week 4

    Install

ELO nodes retrofit into existing lighting, audio and HVAC. One night per zone, no closure, no visible hardware.

  4. Ongoing

    Adapt & report

The environment resolves itself continuously. You get a monthly readout against the baseline — and a rollback switch you will not use.

Risk-reversal guarantee: 4-week pilot, no renovation, full rollback switch. If the baseline does not move, you walk away with the audit data.

06 — Vision
"In ten years, a building that cannot feel will be considered unfinished."

We are building the sensory operating layer for Northern European hospitality and work — the part of a building that pays attention back.

07 — Questions

Everything decision-makers ask first.

Do we have to replace our lighting or audio?

No. ELO retrofits onto existing DALI/DMX lighting, distributed audio and building management systems. Where a channel is missing — usually scent — we add discreet nodes rather than rebuild the room.

Will guests or staff notice the system working?

They should not. Transitions run below the perceptual threshold, typically over minutes. What people report is the outcome: the room felt calmer, brighter, easier to work in.

How do you prove the effect?

Every deployment starts with a two-week instrumented baseline. After go-live we report the same metrics against it — dwell time, spend per visit, energy load, focus and recovery indicators.

What data do you collect, and is it GDPR compliant?

Only environmental and anonymous presence data — no cameras, no identification, no personal data. Processing happens on-premise in the EU, and you own the dataset.

What does a project cost?

Pricing follows zone count and channels. A single hospitality zone typically starts around €490 per month including hardware, tuning and reporting; multi-property estates are quoted per site.

Which markets do you operate in?

Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the Baltics, delivered from Helsinki. Projects elsewhere in Europe run with a local integration partner.
